Not professional design advice

Scores, findings and recommendations are produced by deterministic rules and AI-generated explanations. They are general guidance for common typographic situations, not a substitute for professional design judgement. Always review recommendations in the context of your brand, audience and medium before applying them.

Scores and measurements are indicative

The typography score summarises a set of measurable properties — hierarchy, spacing, scale, line length, alignment and consistency. A high score does not guarantee good design, and a low score does not mean a design is wrong: deliberate, expressive typography may intentionally break rules the analyser flags.

Screenshot analysis relies on AI interpretation of an image. It can misread type sizes, weights or roles, especially at low resolution. Treat its findings as a starting point and verify against your source files.

AI-generated explanations

AI is used to explain findings and to draft recommendations. While the underlying measurements are computed deterministically, AI-generated prose can occasionally be imprecise. Where a recommendation conflicts with your professional judgement, your judgement should prevail.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the final output you ship. Applying a recommendation is always your choice, and exported CSS, tokens and style guides should be reviewed and tested in your own environment.
